At 89 Supply, every piece is created with care, quality, and attention to detail. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, so please read our return and refund expectations before placing your order.
Order Expectations
Please review your order carefully before checking out. This includes your size, color, shipping address, and item selection. Once an order is placed, we begin preparing it as quickly as possible.
Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item, order volume, and whether the product is a limited release, preorder, or made-to-order item.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- In its original condition
- Returned with any original packaging, if applicable
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved for a refund.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Limited release items
- Preorder items
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Sale or discounted items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If the mistake was on our end, we will make it right by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges based on product availability. If you need a different size, please contact us as soon as possible. If the requested size is no longer available, we may offer store credit or another available option.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
