Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Eighty Nine, we work hard to process, package, and ship every order with care. Please review our shipping and delivery expectations before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days after payment is received.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time. During new drops, limited releases, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
If an item is listed as preorder or made-to-order, the estimated production and shipping timeline will be stated on the product page or announcement post.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier and your location.
Estimated delivery time is usually:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after the order ships
Priority/Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days after the order ships, if available
Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or text, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created.
Preorders & Limited Releases
Preorder and limited release items may take longer to ship because they are produced or prepared after the order window closes.
By purchasing a preorder item, you understand that your order may not ship immediately. Estimated shipping timelines will be provided when possible.
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, they may ship together unless stated otherwise.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to update the delivery address.
Delays
Shipping delays can happen due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or high order volume.
Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is handled by the carrier. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Eighty Nine is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Check around your home, mailbox, front desk, or leasing office
- Ask neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
We will assist where possible, but refunds are not guaranteed for packages marked delivered.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number, clear photos of the packaging, and photos of the damaged item so we can review the issue.
Local Delivery or Pickup
Local pickup or delivery may be available for select orders or special releases if announced.
If local pickup is offered, pickup instructions and available times will be provided after your order is ready.
