7. Preorders & Limited Releases
Preorder and limited release items may take longer to process and ship. Estimated timelines will be provided when possible.
By purchasing a preorder item, you understand that the item is not ready to ship immediately and may have a longer fulfillment window.
Limited release items may not be restocked once sold out.
8. Custom or Made-to-Order Items
Custom or made-to-order items are created specifically for the customer and are usually final sale.
Please review all customization details carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for customer mistakes such as misspelled names, incorrect sizes, wrong colors, or incorrect design choices submitted at checkout.
If we make an error on your custom order, we will review the issue and work to make it right.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
